We are currently lookingfor a highly skilled and motivated Product SupportExecutive After Sales Support to join ourteam.

JobDuties:

• Prospect anddevelop assigned accounts and provide parts and service to meetcustomer needs.
• Establish and maintaincloseworking relationships with customers at alllevels.
• Introduction of Al Marwan parts andservice capabilities to all customers.
• Makeroutine sales calls on customers in assigned markets and maintain aquoting process for parts and service.
• Assistcustomers in selection of programs that will insure maximum lifecycle of their equipment.
• Provide coordinationbetween customers and said departments to provide best possibleservice.
• Maintain customer contact informationsales call reports and weekly callplanners.
• Perform other duties as assigned tomeet the company department or individual goals andobjectives.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degreein Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field(preferred).

Experience:

• Preferredminimum of 35 years in product support with experience in customerservice.

OtherRequirements:

• Must have theability to communicate clearly both orally and inwriting.
• Must have excellent interpersonalskills.
• Must be organized and a goodplanner.
• Valid drivinglicense
