• Attending site visits and preparing venue assessment reports
• Attending internal and client meetings
• Sharing meeting minutes
• Sourcing new supplier
• Supplier liaison & management
• Ensuring quality control during build and install
• Sourcing and managing equipment/event rentals
• Collecting Third party certification ( stability & Engineering tests )
• Collecting 3rd party documentation ( method statement, risk assessment, supplier
• Insurances and liability forms) from supplier
• Applying for all the permits
• Attaining all required permits
• Creating and managing production timeline (pre and during)
• Developing detailed set up|dismantle schedule
