Production Manger

We are looking for an experienced and organised Production Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and onsite delivery of events and productions. The ideal candidate will be confident managing suppliers, schedules, venue requirements, and production teams while ensuring everything runs smoothly from pre-production through to show delivery.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, crew, and production partners to ensure all requirements are delivered on time.
• Create and manage production schedules, timelines, and call sheets.
• Prepare and coordinate Run of Show (ROS) and ensure all teams are aligned with the programme.
• Liaise with venues regarding venue paperwork, access, permits, loading/unloading, and operational requirements.
• Oversee onsite production delivery, ensuring setup, rehearsals, show operations, and breakdown run smoothly.
• Coordinate crew movements, supplier arrivals, deliveries, and onsite logistics.
• Monitor production requirements and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, venue teams, and internal departments throughout the project.
• Ensure production activities are delivered safely, professionally, and within agreed timelines.
• Support the team with general production administration and documentation.
