Project & Procurement Coordinator - HVAC Projects - Dubai

*We're Hiring: Project & Procurement Coordinator - HVAC | Dubai*

*Location:* Dubai, UAE (Office + Site) | *Exp:* 2-4 Years in HVAC Procurement + Project Coordination in UAE Mandatory

*Salary:* AED 4,000 - 5,000 + Benefits

Leading HVAC Company in Dubai - Premium Projects - is hiring a Coordinator who can handle both procurement & project execution.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Procurement - 50%:*

- Source vendors for HVAC/MEP materials - Ducting, copper piping, insulation, chillers, FCU, AHU

- RFQ, cost comparison, prepare POs as per specs & budgets

- Follow up deliveries to avoid site delays - Track GRN, invoices

- Manage inventory & stock replenishment for multiple sites

- Negotiate pricing, payment & delivery terms - Maintain vendor relations

*Project Coordination - 50%:*

- Work with PM & site teams - Daily scheduling & progress monitoring

- Maintain project docs - Procurement records, delivery logs, progress reports

- Ensure HSE & quality compliance on site

- Resolve procurement / scheduling issues with vendors & internal teams

- Update daily / weekly project reports

*Mandatory:*

- 2-4 years in HVAC Procurement + Project Coordination in UAE - Dubai exp must

- HVAC Contracting / MEP / Building Services background only - Top priority: HVAC Contracting

- Basic knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems + ability to read mechanical drawings & specs

- Strong communication, negotiation & multi-project handling

- Currently in Dubai - Available for immediate site visits

*Qualification:* Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Building Services - Preferred

*Tools:* Advanced Excel - Mandatory | ERP / Odoo / Project Mgmt software - Preferred
