*Job Summary*

We are hiring a *Project Coordinator* for our Interior Fit Out division in Dubai. You will be the central point of coordination between our design office, site execution teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time with quality and compliance.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Project Planning & Scheduling*: Assist Project Manager in preparing project plans, master schedules, and micro-planning for interior fit out works

2. *Site-Office Coordination*: Liaise daily between design team, site engineers, MEP teams, procurement, and client representatives

3. *Material & Approvals*: Follow up on material submittals, shop drawing approvals, RFIs, and delivery schedules with vendors

4. *Progress Reporting*: Prepare and submit daily/weekly project progress reports, labor reports, and MIS to management

5. *Documentation Control*: Organize and update all project documentation – drawings, MOM, permits, inspection requests, snag lists

6. *Meetings*: Attend client coordination meetings, internal review meetings, and safety meetings. Record and circulate MOM

7. *Track Progress & Issues*: Monitor site progress vs planned schedule, highlight delays, raise red flags, and support issue resolution

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- *Education*: Diploma / B.E in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

- *Experience*: 2-4 years in UAE/GCC with Interior Fit Out, Joinery, or Commercial Construction projects

- *Technical*: Knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, BOQ, and UAE construction standards

- *Software*: MS Office, MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD. Basic Revit knowledge is an advantage

- *Skills*: Excellent communication, vendor follow-up, multitasking, and reporting skills

- *Other*: Valid UAE residence visa preferred. Should have transferable visa / NOC if currently employed in UAE
