Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced and dynamic Project Director with a strong background in pipeline engineering to lead and oversee major infrastructure projects in the oil & gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for full project lifecycle managementfrom concept to commissioningensuring alignment with strategic goals, safety standards, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale pipeline engineering projects.

Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, commissioning, and HSE functions.

Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.

Oversee contractor and vendor management, ensuring quality and performance metrics are met.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety codes, and company policies.

Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and project reviews to ensure continuous improvement and problem resolution.

Drive innovation and efficiency in project execution, engineering solutions, and cost control.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Pipeline Engineering.

Over 5 years of proven experience in project management and pipeline infrastructure in oil & gas or energy industries.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong understanding of pipeline design, construction, and commissioning practices.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
