We have an urgent requirement for Project Manager for the Digital Acceleration Program in Banking  domain is  required for our banking clients in Dubai ,UAE

Lead the Digital Acceleration Program, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, adherence to budgets, and mentoring technical teams.Identify and mitigate technology risks, maintain high quality standards across the project lifecycle, and proactively resolve issues.Prepare executive status reports, track budgets, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with financial services industry standards.
Role OverviewAs Project Manager for the Digital Acceleration Program, you will lead complex digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and risk management expertise within the financial services industry.Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery – Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgets.


• Leadership – Provide guidance to development teams, implement best practices, and mentor technical staff.


• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with business units, IT, and vendors to align objectives and deliverables.


• Risk Management – Identify and mitigate technology risks, ensuring proactive resolution.


• Quality Assurance – Maintain high standards across planning, execution, and deployment.


• Reporting – Prepare and present progress, risks, and issues to senior management.

Must‑Have Skills

• Project Management Methodologies – Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid.


• SDLC Knowledge – Strong understanding of modern development practices.


• Digital Technologies – Web/mobile apps, CRM systems, cloud platforms.


• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Experience coordinating with marketing, IT, customer service.


• Vendor Management – Proven ability to manage external vendor deliverables.


• Budget Management – Track and optimize project financials.


• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, leadership, and team management.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years in technical leadership / IT project management.


• Proven track record delivering complex digital projects in financial services.

Good‑to‑Have Skills

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in financial services.

Key Deliverables

• Project delivery plans.


• Budget spend reports (direct and indirect costs).


• Progress, risk, and issue reports aligned to delivery plans.

Certifications & Technical Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.


• Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.


• Exposure to React.js, Java, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps practices.


• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project.
