Requirements

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a highly proficient Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably within the UAE.
• Possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Showcase in-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Exhibit outstanding project management abilities, including meticulous planning, precise scheduling, and effective cost control.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Ability to interpret design drawings, engineering specifications, and other technical documents.
• Display exceptional leadership and team management skills.
