Description
As a Project Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Sales department, targeting major main contractors and architects. Your primary objective is to secure door hardware/ironmongery packages and coordinate value engineering options. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

Drive B2B project sales and secure door hardware/ironmongery packages from main contractors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and project consultants.
Coordinate value engineering options to optimize project proposals.
Prepare and present sales proposals, demonstrating a deep understanding of client needs.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Manage and track sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent Casa Milano and network with potential clients.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the ironmongery or hardware industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of value engineering principles and the ability to propose cost-effective solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and business development.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage.
