Project Sales Specialist (Wood, Viny, Carpet)

Position: Project Sales Executive – (Wood , Viny , Carpet)

Overview:

Responsible for driving sales of flooring and tile products through project-based clients, including builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors, while ensuring strong relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in the project segment.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
  
• Present product portfolios, samples, and technical specifications to clients.
  
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
  
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in project sales, preferably in flooring, tiles, or building materials.
  
• Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
