The Real Estate Promoter is responsible for promoting properties, generating leads, and converting prospects into potential buyers. The role involves direct customer interaction, site visits, marketing support, and coordination with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote real estate projects to prospective customers through site visits, events, and direct interaction
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers clearly to clients
• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals and marketing campaigns
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with potential buyers
• Coordinate with sales managers and marketing teams to close deals
• Assist in organising promotional events, exhibitions, and property launches
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to management
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional conduct

• Proven sales experience; secondary market real estate experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and investors
