Property consultant - Real estate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Broker located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting market analyses, providing client consultations, preparing property listings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives and close successful transactions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads, build a strong client database, and identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client presentations.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property values, legal requirements, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate property prices, terms, and agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Prepare, verify, and coordinate all real estate documentation, including offers, contracts, and tenancy agreements.
• Ensure timely coordination of transactions through to successful closing and handover.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions in company systems.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and company policies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, developers, and industry partners.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its brand and reputation at all times.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors would be an additional advantage
• 1 year of UAE Real Estate Market experience

Package:
