Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join theirteam. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling propertiesto potential buyers and investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clientsinterested in purchasing properties developed by the client.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identifypotential buyers and target markets.
  • Showcase properties to clients through propertyviewings, presentations, and virtual tours.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on thefeatures, benefits, and investment potential of our properties.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and terms with buyers,ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to developpromotional materials and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, salesactivities, and property listings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions,and competitor activities.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industryconferences to build relationships and expand the company's network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate,or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a property consultant or realestate agent, with a successful track record of sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and customer serviceorientation.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends,regulations, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
