An  award-winning Real Estate Firm in the industry for the past 17 years is seeking a  Property Consultant – Secondary Market.

Requirements:

• Experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on the secondary market.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Professionalism: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Presentation: Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive and proactive approach to client interactions.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own transportation preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the property buying or selling process in the secondary market.
• Negotiation: Negotiate deals to secure the best possible terms for clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and market knowledge.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, property values, and market conditions in the secondary real estate market in Dubai.
• Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings, showcasing the advantages of secondary market properties.
