Job Description - Property Manager

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. At Kaizen, we are committed to providing outstanding residential and commercial properties that exceed expectations in terms of design, quality, and sustainability.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property portfolio, ensuring that our buildings are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and rental income is maximized. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all operations related to the management of our properties, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations.
  • Develop and implement property management plans to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
  • Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions and rental trends to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure that all properties meet compliance standards and adhere to local regulations and laws.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee maintenance and repair projects.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare monthly financial reports, and develop annual property budgets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive continuous improvement in property management practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in residential and commercial properties.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, local regulations, and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
  • Effective leadership abilities with the aptitude to manage a team of maintenance and administrative staff.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
