Position Overview

SearchPlus HR is seeking a talented Prosthodontist in the private healthcare sector. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care and improving patients' quality of life through advanced restorative dentistry.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' dental health and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Design, create, and fit dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, and dentures tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform clinical procedures related to prosthodontics, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to enhance patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on their treatment options and promote preventive dental care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Current state dental license and board certification in Prosthodontics preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a clinical prosthodontic setting, preferably in the private healthcare sector.
• Extensive knowledge of dental materials, procedures, and technologies specific to prosthodontics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with advancements in the field of prosthodontics.
