Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric disorders using evidence-based therapies.
• Prescribe medications, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and other medical professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical governance initiatives.

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years post-board certification clinical experience in psychiatry.
• Strong clinical skills in managing various psychiatric conditions in diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
