Psychologist (Child & Adolscent) - Dubai

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults.

Candidates who can communicate effectively in Arabic and English, French and English, or English plus another relevant language are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide individual and, where appropriate, family counseling and psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and psychological concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when required.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to a holistic approach to patient care.
• Follow professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards applicable in the UAE.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field, as applicable to the role.
• Relevant clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse clients.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, French and English, or English plus another language is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, professionalism, and commitment to client-centered care.
• Candidates must meet the applicable UAE/Dubai professional licensing requirements for their scope of practice.
