Public Relations Graduate Trainee

• Manage daily media or influencer requests for prices, photos, product samples, including liaising with Marketing for pricing and sending products via courier
• Create posting schedules for all influencer campaigns and ensure timely posting with consistent follow up
• Liaise with legal on all influencer campaign contracts and ensure timely submission of drafts
• Manage internal contract signature process
• Register talent and influencers in the supplier system for paid collaborations
  
  

PR Kits

• Coordinate PR Kit dispatch logistics between all brands and dispatch agency
• Review media & influencer lists proposed by agency and adjust where required
• Ensure timely submission of PR Kit reports by agency
  
  

Events

• Create guest lists, send invitations, follow up to secure guests
• Support Communications Manager in providing recommendations and/or supplier leads on event design, venues, photography, catering and other elements as needed
• On-ground support during events
