Description
As a Pump Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of concrete pumps and placing booms. Your expertise will ensure the smooth delivery of concrete to construction sites, contributing to the overall success of our projects. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and be a key player in the concrete supply chain.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain concrete pumps and placing booms, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Monitor pump pressure, flow rate, and concrete placement, making adjustments as needed.
Communicate effectively with site engineers and supervisors to understand project requirements and ensure timely concrete delivery.
Perform regular maintenance and inspections on pump equipment to identify and address any potential issues.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate pump schedules and optimize resource allocation.
Maintain accurate records of pump operations, including daily logs and maintenance reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor pump-related issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime.
Assist in training and mentoring new pump operators, sharing your expertise and best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pump Operator in the RMC division.
In-depth knowledge of concrete pump operations and maintenance.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on-site.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.
Valid heavy vehicle license and a clean driving record.
Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
Willingness to undergo additional training and stay updated with industry advancements.
Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to changing project demands.
