Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase Executive
Location: Dubai
Experience Required: Preferably 2 Years. Freshrs can also apply.
Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Handle purchase activities for fire alarm, fire fighting, and safety system materials.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely procurement of materials.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare LPOs, quotations, and vendor comparison sheets.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure quality compliance.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with project and maintenance teams for material requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials are available as per project timelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain records of purchase orders, certifications, and inventory transactions.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure procurement complies with company standards and fire & safety regulations.

  
  

Skills & Competencies:

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting fittings, and related materials.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in inventory and stock management.

  
  


• 
  

  Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  MS Office and ERP knowledge (advantage).

  
  

Requirements:

  2 years of relevant experience in purchasing and inventory management. Freshers Can also apply.

  B.Tech / B.Sc. in a related field (mandatory).

  Knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, and safety system materials is essential.
