Purchasing Coordinator Job Location : UAE Duties And Responsibilities: • Prepare Purchase orders as per store request. • Send approved purchase orders to vendors • Follow up to suppliers for pending orders • Request quotation/proforma invoice for foreign vendors • Performs vendor research, selection and negotiates prices to enhance profit and reduce cost • Creates and manages purchase orders and maintains purchase records using SAP • Defines new items, vendors and creating Barcodes in SAP System. • Maintains purchase orders for raw goods,materials and supplies that the business needs. • Coordinates with suppliers to ensure that orders are delivered on time and in accordance with the terms to the purchase order • Work with Warehouse managers and Supervisors with inventory levels and ensuring that the company has the materials and supplies it needs to meet production and customer demands. • Coordinates with branches'direct requests to prepare order and items they need. • Coordinates with Transportation team for items that need to collect from suppliers store/warehouse. • Reviews and analyzes Invoices,goods receipts PO againts Purchase orders to compare discrepancies with prices and quantities.
