QA QC Engineer

The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, approved procedures, and contractual requirements.

• Review and monitor implementation of the Contractor’s QA/QC Plan.
• Witness inspections and testing activities.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor compliance with approved specifications and standards.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Participate in quality audits and site inspections.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain project records.
• Support project handover and closeout quality documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in QA/QC within supervision or construction projects.
• Experience in infrastructure, roads, and utility projects.
• Strong knowledge of international quality management standards.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Professional certifications in quality management are advantageous.
