QC Document Controller Oil & Gas

Role Summary

We are hiring a QC Document Controller with strong Oil & Gas industry experience and GCC project exposure for a leading client in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing QA/QC documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with project standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and control QA/QC project documents
  
• Ensure accurate filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents
  
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for documentation updates
  
• Manage document submissions and transmittals
  
• Ensure compliance with client and project documentation standards
  
• Maintain confidentiality and document accuracy
  

Required Skills

• Experience in Oil & Gas projects
  
• GCC/UAE project experience mandatory
  
• Strong document control knowledge
  
• Familiarity with EDMS systems
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with QA/QC documentation
  
• Knowledge of ISO standards
  
• Ability to work under deadlines
  

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in Document Control
  
• GCC experience preferred
  
• Oil & Gas industry exposure mandatory
  

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
