Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Quality Control Engineer in Dubai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Manufacturing/Fabrication sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in -process, and final quality inspections.
  
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, WPS, and inspection standards.
  
• Verify dimensions, welding quality, coating/HDG, marking, and packing requirements.
  
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
  
• Raise and track Non -Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and client specifications.
  
• Use measuring instruments and inspection tools accurately.
  
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
  

Required Skills

• Quality Inspection – Experience in incoming, in -process, and final inspections.
  
• Drawing Interpretation – Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
  
• WPS Knowledge – Understanding of welding procedure specifications.
  
• Inspection Tools – Proficient in using measuring instruments and gauges.
  
• Quality Documentation – Experience preparing inspection reports and NCRs.
  

Preferred Skills

• ISO 9712 Level II Certification (VT, PT & MT)
  
• Fabrication or Structural Steel Industry Experience
  
• Good Documentation & Reporting Skills
  

Work Experience Requirements

Relevant experience in quality control within fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environments is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with inspection procedures, welding quality standards, and quality documentation.

Education

• Minimum: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or related discipline)
  
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Additional Certifications: ISO 9712 Level II (VT, PT & MT) Preferred
