Quality Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-rise and residential projects and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection checklists for high-rise and residential projects.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.

• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with site teams and subcontractors.

• Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and work procedures.

• Maintain accurate and detailed quality records, inspection reports, and test results.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives to ensure quality objectives are achieved.

• Ensure compliance with local construction codes, health, and safety regulations.

• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Quality Controller/Engineer in high-rise and residential construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction materials, and industry standards.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.

• UAE/GCC experience and a valid UAE driving license (preferred)
