Quality Engineer (Site) - Joinery Division

• Responsibilities
• Preparation of project specific method statements, inspection and test plan
• Coordinate with site execution and Ensure WIR, MIR are raised on time as well as the approvals are obtained.
• Inspection of Incoming / delivered materials at the site and ensure the materials are in compliance with the project specification / Material approvals.
• Record the status of non-conformance and action details of assigned projects 
• Regular visit to site work and ensure work is executed against specification and method statement 
• Issue non conformity report on various non conformities identified during audits for corrective action and follow up for its effective implementation.
• Prepare Quality observation report and record all the nonconformities identified/ resolved status area wise identified during site tour
• Prepare  and submit handing over documents
