Job Description - Quantity Surveyor

Description

Responsibilities
Review tender design drawings, specifications, BOQ etc.
Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off and comparing it with tender quantities
Preparation of a List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.
Coordination with other staff to ensure that tender deadlines, procedures, and project requirements are met.
Comprehension of local authority requirements and international standards.
Coordinating with other departments to provide necessary support.
