Quantity Surveyor Civil

We re looking for aMake Ready Technician, experience isn t required. Must betrainable. It is a 1^st shift schedulevaries. Located in the Memphis/Bartlett area. Pay starts at 15 anhour.

Handymanexperience a plus but notrequired.

Responsibilities:

• Assistswith snow removal of sidewalks in the appropriatemonths.
  
• Assistsin valet trash service asneeded.
  
• Repairor replace light bulbs, globes or fixtures asneeded.
  
• Assistsin the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property,groundskeeperwork.
  
• Ensuresall repairs/replacements are completed as necessary for apartmentto beoccupied.
  
• Repairor replace mini-blinds, ceiling fans or electricaloutlets.
  
• Assistsin Preventative Maintenance Program (including but not limited tochanging filters, smoke alarms, check for plumbingissues)
  
• Shareson-call responsibilities with the maintenance team; responds toresident service requests within 24hours.
  
• Anyother reasonable duties assigned by employer as well as helping ingroundskeeping.
  
• Repairor replace faucets, shower head or tubspouts.
  
• Completesduties according to make readystandards.
  
• Assistsin the repair, replacement or removal or installation ofappliances.
  
• Assistswith daily care and upkeep of swimming pool in the appropriatemonths.
