Quantity Surveyors - Civil

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Civil to manage cost estimation, tender preparation, and contract evaluation for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, analyzing project costs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation for oil & gas projects.
• Analyze project specifications, scope, and contract terms for bid preparation.
• Evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
• Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Assist in contract negotiations, bid clarifications, and final submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to optimize bid strategies.

• Min. 8- 10 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

• Extensive experience in Software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project and Primavera)

• Understanding of 3D modeling will be added value for the position
