Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose cancer patients to determine appropriate radiation therapy protocols.
• Administer radiation treatments, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient-centered care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options, processes, and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records in compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated on advancements in radiation oncology.
• Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

• M.D. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution with specialized training in Radiation Oncology.
• Board certification in Radiation Oncology is preferred.
• Active medical license to practice in the Gulf region.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiation oncology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of radiation therapy techniques and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
