RAFM System Administrator

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain telecom data-centric analytics systems with a focus on Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) systems.


• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation including compute, database, and virtualization resources.


• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the system.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the System’s integration with other BSS and Enterprise systems.


• Review and maintain system documentation, including configuration settings, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.


• Provide technical support and training to L1 and L2 support resources.


• Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data.


• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably with RAFM systems including Mobileum, WeDo, Subex, and LATRO.


• Proficiency in system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.


• Experience with database management and SQL.


• Familiarity with network protocols and security practices.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Working knowledge of revenue assurance and fraud management principles.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., OEM Certified) are a plus.
