Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Associate in the Data Management Office, you will support the implementation and ongoing operations of the firm’s data governance and stewardship framework. This role is responsible for maintaining key governance artefacts, ensuring consistency in metadata and definitions, and supporting day-to-day governance and data quality processes.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and data stewards across the firm to embed trusted, well-managed data practices, and contribute to the successful rollout of DMO-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform governance quality assurance and compliance checks (e.g., access reviews, classification validation)

· Maintain and regularly update key governance artefacts, including:

o Data ownership and stewardship maps

o RACI templates and policy documentation

o Metadata models and the enterprise data glossary

· Support the execution of core governance and lifecycle processes, including:

o Data quality issue logging and tracking

o Retention and disposal scenario documentation

o Process tracking and improvement activities

· Collaborate with business data stewards and owners to:

o Align and standardise data definitions, classifications, and metadata

o Validate governance inputs for dashboards and strategic reporting tools
