Ready-Mix Pump Driver and Operator

·        Drive and operate concrete pump trucks, managing their positioning and control to accurately deliver and pour ready-mix concrete at construction sites.

·        Ensure the safe handling of the concrete pump truck, adhering to all operational and safety guidelines.

·        Perform detailed pre- and post-use inspections of the pump truck to ensure its optimal condition, identifying any maintenance or repair needs.

·        Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on the job.

·        Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of the pump truck to ensure its peak operational efficiency.

·        Keep accurate records of concrete volume delivered, operational hours, and any incidents or challenges encountered. Maintaining daily job-related records is part of the responsibilities.

·        Coordinate closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely and efficient concrete pouring according to project schedules.

·        Report pumped quantity and pumping rate to Site Coordinator/Engineer and Report pumped quantity and pumping rate to Site Coordinator/Engineer.

·        Responsible for maintaining day-to-day job-related records.

Requirements

·        A minimum of 1 year of experience operating a Ready-Mix Pump Truck.

·        Proficiency in operating pumps including Putzmeister, Zoomlion, and Schwing.

·        Possession of a valid UAE heavy-duty vehicle driving license is required, along with familiarity with UAE roads.

·        Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety guidelines and protocols.

·        Ability to read, write, and speak Hindi/Urdu (mandatory), English (optional)

·        Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and project management.

·        Commitment to maintaining high standards of equipment upkeep and personal responsibility.
