As a Real Estate Agent, your primary responsibility is to assist clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and help them navigate the complex process of buying or selling a property.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect leads via sales calls, networking events and convert leads to buy, sell and rent a property.
• Maintaining client relationships: You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the sales process, and providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
• Conducting property viewings: You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting property viewings with potential buyers or renters, and answering any questions they may have about the property.
• Negotiating deals: You will negotiate deals on behalf of clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
• Managing the closing process: You will be responsible for managing the closing process, which includes coordinating with lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
• Listing and marketing properties: You will be responsible for listing properties for sale or rent, and developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters.
• Drafting contracts: You will assist in drafting contracts and other legal documents related to the sale or rental of a property.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
• The candidate should be highly motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• A knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred.
