Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, administrative tasks, and business development. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage client relationships, drive sales, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends and competitors.
- Negotiate and close property deals.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate office.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage property listings, client databases, and other relevant records.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing departments as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and market conditions.
Client Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
- Assist clients with paperwork and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Valid real estate license.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Manager.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry practices.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
- Established network of clients and industry contacts.
- Advanced certification in real estate or business management.
