Sacramento-based client is seeking a temp-hire AP Accountant to assist with the accounts payable accounting needs of the company. This is a fully on-site opportunity with an hourly pay rate between $31-$34, depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this position, please attach your resume.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately process all payable invoices to the company's accounting system
• Manage all AP accounts and reconcile AP transactions
• Maintain and manage aging reports
• Contact and coordinate with all of the organization's vendors related to accounts payable operations
• Maintain all vendor files
• Other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Quickbooks preferred
• Experience using Excel (entry to mid-level)
