Responsibilities:

• Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value hotels.
• Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the sale of FIVE properties.
• Meets income targets, deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) prior to the sale
• Strong client’s network in Abu Dhabi & Dubai
• Able to use marketing channels to promote the available inventory.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the hospitality Industry with relevant real estate background
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and foster beneficial relationships especially with business partners.
• High level of passion in the Sales including F&B commercial, enthusiasm and drive for result
