1- Real Estate Sales Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

Manage sales of the Real Estate product within a defined geographic area in UAE achieve sales objectives. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and hardworking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, Solicit, and acquire new clients in line with approved strategies and policies of Real Estate portfolio.
• Strength existing clients banking relationship in a professional manner.
• Keep abreast of development in local business environment to spot business opportunities. Contribute to the planning process
• Making regular visits all over UAE to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree with 7 Years relevant experience of which 5 years preferably in Real Estate
• Good ability of time management and multitasking
• Good Knowledge of English (spoken and written) and preferably Arabic
• Advanced Computer knowledge and operations.
