About Our Client

Our client is a reputed real estate solutions provider in Dubai, serving a diverse clientele with a focus on culturally significant property selection and space planning. They are looking for a professional who understands Vastu Shastra and can guide buyers and investors to make informed decisions about their homes, apartments, and commercial spaces while aligning with traditional Hindu principles.

Role Overview

The Consultant will work closely with clients, architects, and real estate teams to evaluate layouts, recommend adjustments, and ensure that each property selected promotes harmony, prosperity, and well-being as per Vastu Shastra guidelines.

(Vastu Shastra is an ancient Indian science of architecture and design that focuses on aligning spaces with natural forces and cosmic energy. It balances the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space — to promote harmony, prosperity, and well-being. It provides guidelines for the ideal placement of rooms, entrances, kitchens, bedrooms, and other spaces to ensure positive energy flow.)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements for residential or commercial spaces
• Evaluate property layouts, directions, and positioning based on Vastu Shastra principles
• Recommend practical solutions or adjustments for improved energy flow
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and sales teams to ensure layouts are Vastu-compliant
• Prepare clear and simple reports and layout suggestions for client presentations
• Stay updated with modern property and housing trends while maintaining traditional practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Vastu Shastra (traditional Hindu architecture principles)
• Experience in residential or commercial space planning, architecture, or real estate consulting
• Ability to interpret floor plans and site layouts
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Culturally sensitive and respectful of Hindu traditions and rituals

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or formal training in Vastu Shastra is a strong advantage
• Prior experience advising Indian or Hindu clients on property layouts

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month
• Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
