Duties & Responsibilities:

• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
• Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat referral customers
• Networking and finding new clients

Requirements:

• Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry. At least 2 experience in the Dubai Real Estate market
• Has a consistent and successful track record of Off Plan and/or Secondary sales in Dubai
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Bilingual/ Trilingual communication is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE market
• Has UAE driving license
• Job location will be in Dubai
