The Main Event: What You’ll Do

We’re launching the Huspy Academy and looking for a  Real Estate Trainer to design, develop, and roll out an industry-leading training program for real estate professionals in Saudi Arabia. 

It’s an exciting opportunity to shape the future of real estate in Saudi Arabia with one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in the region.

• Curriculum Development – Adapt and localize Huspy’s real estate training curriculum to align with the Saudi market, ensuring relevance and impact


• Training Program Execution – Oversee the implementation of comprehensive training programs for new agents


• Continuous Improvement – Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, refining materials to enhance learning outcomes


• Industry Alignment – Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure Huspy Academy remains a leader in real estate education

The Perfect Match: What You Bring

• Training Experience - Experience in training, preferably with a background in real estate brokerage, sales, business development or agent development


• Entrepreneurial Mindset - A self-starter who thrives in building and scaling educational programs from the ground up


• Course/Curriculum Development and Execution Experience – Proven expertise in course development, facilitation, or coaching


• Fluency in Arabic & Proficient in English – Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate and deliver training 


• Strong Understanding of Adult Learning Principles – Expertise in curriculum design and instructional strategies tailored to professional learners.
