Mainresponsibilities include:
Greet and welcome guests visitors suppliers answertelephone calls providing a warm timely welcome in line with ourbrand standards.
Answers guest related queries and provides informationfor promotions room prices activities and events in the surroundingarea to provide accurate information to guests
Ensure payments are made with according to the cashhandling procedures and Process accurately and efficiently allreservations and cancellations
Identify corporate leads and build longtermrelationships
Drive online name mentions and promote customerfeedback
Understand the online guest s feedback and exploreoptions for improvement
Carry out general office duties includingcorrespondence emails and filing to ensure the smooth running ofthe reception area Maintain appropriate stock of supplies andreception stationeries
Effectively communicate with all departments on allguests requests and complaints for smooth servicedelivery
Ensure safety of all guest in line with the safetyprocedures and guideline.

Youmust have /be
Have minimum of oneyear experience as HotelReceptionist in Front Office department of a hotel.
