ProcurementAdmin Support:
Manage onboarding process for newvendors as per Air Products procedure. Ensure regionalapproved vendor and contractor list is alwaysupdated. Manage regional contractsadministration. Responsible for regular updates ofprocurement reports such as Nonconformance SSJ etc. while ensuringAP procedure is followed. Create and update procurementreports such as spend savings KPIs etc. Manage Procurementsite. Issue RFQs and evaluate proposals as and whenneeded. Supports buyers during theirleave.
Manage office on a daily basis andperform a variety of administrative and clericaltasks. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive atthe office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person andoffice. Answer screen and forward incoming phonecalls. Ensure office area is tidy and presentable with allnecessary stationery and material (e.g. pens forms andbrochures). Provide basic and accurate informationinperson and via phone/email. Receive sort and distributedaily mail/deliveries. Update calendars and schedulemeetings. Perform other clerical receptionist duties suchas filing photocopying transcribing andfaxing.
