Job Summary

We are seeking a presentable, customer-focused, and sales-driven Receptionist cum Sales Executive to join our wellness centre in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing an excellent client experience, promoting wellness services, and driving revenue through effective upselling, cross-selling, and membership sales.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Customer Service

• Welcome clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and appointment bookings.
• Manage client registrations, schedules, payments, invoices, and daily reception activities.
• Explain the centre’s services, packages, memberships, and wellness programmes to prospective clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, enquiries, renewals, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth daily operations.

Sales, Upselling & Revenue Generation

• Promote and sell wellness services, Pilates sessions, fitness packages, memberships, and other centre offerings.
• Actively upsell premium packages, membership upgrades, additional sessions, and complementary wellness services.
• Cross-sell relevant services to maximise revenue per client.
• Convert walk-in enquiries, telephone enquiries, social media leads, and WhatsApp enquiries into bookings and paying clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the centre.
• Inform existing clients about promotions, seasonal offers, new services, and membership renewal opportunities.
• Maintain a database of leads and track enquiries, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Build long-term client relationships to improve retention, referrals, and repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales, or front-desk operations, preferably in a wellness centre, Pilates studio, spa, gym, beauty clinic, or hospitality environment.
• Proven sales skills with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance suitable for a premium wellness environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a confident, friendly, and persuasive personality.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage appointments, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems, CRM software, and payment systems.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable initiating sales conversations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
