Receptionist General Admin

As the Receptionist and General Admin, youwill play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of ourclinic by managing front desk responsibilities and providingadministrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include,but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients and visitors in afriendly and professional manner
• Managingincoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriatedepartment or staff member
• Schedulingappointments and managing the clinic's appointmentcalendar
• Handling patient registration andupdating patient recordsaccurately
• Coordinating with dental staff toensure timely patient flow
• Assisting withbilling and processing payments
• Maintainingcleanliness and organization of the receptionarea
• Providing general administrative supportto the clinic, including managing correspondence, ordering officesupplies, and handling other administrative tasks asneeded
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experienceworking in a dental clinic
• A total of 5 yearsof overall work experience in the UAE
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities
• Proficiency in computer skills,including MS Office applications and dental practice managementsoftware (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
• Ability towork effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressfulsituations with professionalism
• Fluency inEnglish (Arabic language skills would be aplus)
• A positive attitude and a willingness tocontribute to a collaborative teamenvironment
