Receptionist (Russian or German speaker)

We are looking for a bilingual Receptionist (Russian or German speaker) to become an integral part of our team at EGSH. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth reception operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage all incoming phone calls and handle inquiries without delay.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
• Perform clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining record systems.
• Assist clients in both Russian or German and English as needed.
• Handle mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution within the office.
• Support administrative tasks and other departments as necessary.

• Fluent in Russian or German, along with proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
