Hiring a Recruiter for one of our esteemed clients in Abu Dhabi . Experince : 2+ years Job Location : Abu Dhabi Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, representing our company’s culture and values.
• Adapt recruitment strategies for a variety of hiring needs, including direct hires, long-term positions, and short-term projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting.
• should have helath care industry expereince in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
• A keen eye for talent and a proven ability to assess candidate fit.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare or technology sectors is a significant plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
