We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer for our internal team to be based out of our head office in Dubai.To identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfill the requirements of the business brief. To provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidates and clients, progressing with identified leads.
• Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environments
• Be able to upsell and cross-sell the Transguard Workforce Solutions range of services

Requirements:

• Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systems
• Organizational and planning skills
• ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills
