Salary

• Base salary plus upto 40% commission on placements (OTE AED 20-40k per month).
• Please note this is an in-office position and our offices are based in JLT.

What we are looking for 

We are looking for experienced recruitment consultants who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to join our Dubai office. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech or financial services industries and a proven track record in recruitment. You will be responsible for the growth of your division and expected to develop your client base and attract candidates to support this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates within multiple sectors.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, managing the entire candidate journey.
• Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest hiring trends and developments in the UAE/MENA region.
• Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
• Strong understanding of various tech, sales and/or financial services roles and industry trends.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate sourcing tools/methods.
